I have worked with small businesses and non-profits for over 20 years. I've worn many hats, grown a multitude of skills, and love implementing strategy where its needed most.

I've been a freelance bookkeeper & finance manager for 15 years, and a Director of Finance for the past 5 years.

I've been through multiple strategic planning sessions in non-profits, working through language and brand, defining a unique selling proposition and a target audience, analyzing the fundraising landscape and reviewing the risks and challenges.

I've run my own life & business coaching business. I'm trained in various self development and leadership development modalities, and I also understand what it is to launch a small start up, to refine your marketing, reach your people and turn them into clients.

I'm also a writer and filmmaker, steeped in design, composition, and colors. And I've built a seasoned ear for story telling, and the power of narratives to drive connection and change.
