This year's jobs reports are showing an alarming pattern, with women leaving jobs at 4 times the rate that men are getting jobs. (1)

And Black women are shedding jobs at a higher than white women. (2)

These are huge labor shifts happening for numerous reasons. Everyone is struggling individually under the weight of a flailing economy.

In response, I'm offering Pro Bono Career & Leadership Coaching to women, with an emphasis on helping those who have been forced out of the job market this year.

Trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Theory) and with the Life Coach School, I help my clients examine their thoughts about a situation as well as their actions. And to look for what is possible, even when things feel already decided for us.
